Children come out to play together

The Children’s Festival is a unique event which portrays the true future face of Australia.

The 2020 festival on the 5th of April atFirst Fleet Park, The Rocks, Sydney willbe officially opened by Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales.

With dozens of participating groups from various schools, youth groups and multicultural communities, the Children’s Festival will offer non-stop entertainment from talented children, reflecting the diversity of Australia through music, arts, culture and traditional costumes from all over the world

The sea of faces and costumes from across the planet at this festival paint a picture of the Australian society just one generation ahead.

Children are the sole focus of this event which is designed topromote cultural diversity and the concept of living in harmony.

As usual, there will be a range of lively outdoor activities in the program.

Poster and essay writing competitions have been launched on the theme:”Our environment belongs to everyone”.

Good prizes will be awarded to the best entries on the festival day.
