Sydney-based builder and developer Deicorp has lodged plans for 91 residential apartments and a new 1850sq m club in Sydney’s inner-west. Plans for the $72 million club redevelopment, in conjunction with the Ashfield Polish Club, will increase the existing club size from 1200sq m to 1850sq metres. The development application is for the club’s property located at Liverpool Road and 73 Norton Street in Ashfield, which sits about eight kilometres from the Sydney CBD. The project would involve the demolition of existing structures on the site, and construction of a 3-8 storey mixed-use development comprising 91 units and the registered club, subject to approval.
