Exhibition “Polish Stars under the Southern Cross – Polish Legacy in Australia (1788-1918)”.

Funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and Wspólnota Polska Association, this exhibition showcases a brief history of Poland, as well as highlighting the history of Poles in Australia.

Presented across 40 unique and very attractive panels, this exhibition by Jolanta Wolski OAM, JP tributes early Polish settlers in Australia, Polish explorers and travellers, as well as Polish Stars under the Southern Cross.

The exhibition is being shown as part of the 13th National Polish Arts Festival – PolArt 2015 Melbourne,
from Sunday 27 December 2015 to Sunday 3 January 2016, 10 am to 9 pm daily,
at the Swanston Hall, Melbourne Town Hall.
