NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR VICTORIA'S MULTICULTURAL AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE 2016

State Member for South Eastern Metropolitan Region and Shadow Minister for Multicultural Affairs Inga Peulich MLC is encouraging all inspiring individuals or organisations that have demonstrated extraordinary passion and commitment in promoting our cultural diversity to nominate for Victoria's Multicultural Awards for Excellence.

“The Victorian Multicultural Commission’s (VMC) Victoria Multicultural Awards for Excellence shines a spotlight on people and organisations that are making a real difference in our multicultural communities,” Ms Peulich said.

“There are many ways in which individuals and organisations are making outstanding contributions to our multicultural community and these awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate one of Victoria’s greatest assets.”

“These awards acknowledge outstanding achievements and services of individuals and organisations who have actively supported cultural diversity and made a positive impact in promoting community harmony and social cohesion.”
