It’s a shock to learn that children, particularly those with rare diseases like neuroblastoma, come last in the world of cancer research. Our Run2Cure Superheroes and their families have shared their stories to help raise awareness of this devastating cancer. Get to know them and find out why research is so important through their stories on our Superheroes pages.
Join Run2Cure Local! Run/walk 1, 3, 5 or 10k at home
For the first time, we will be holding a ‘virtual’ run event, Run2Cure Local, which will take place over the weekend of 5th and 6th September. You can participate anywhere and anytime over that weekend. Simply choose to walk or run 10, 5, 3 or 1km. Register now to take advantage of our special early bird ticket prices – adults just $10 and kids $5.
Make it a fun day out with the family
You can take part in Run2Cure Local on your own, or with others. Given it’s the Father’s Day weekend, why not have some fun with the whole family, set a challenge or even get dressed up. As part of your entry you will receive a personalised race bib so you can add a team name or even Dad’s name. Take part in “our hero” photo competition by posting a picture of yourself or family or team during Run2Cure Local.
