The brand new Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ library space will open next week to celebrate the Children’s Book Week Council of Australia’s 2020 Book Week which runs from 17 to 23 October.
This state-of-the-art library includes quiet reading areas, play equipment and a range of books that have been carefully curated to meet the needs of children from six weeks to six years of age and encourage Rise & Shine Educations™ Shine Advantage™ Curriculum’s holistic approach to development.
As with all the environments at Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Centres, the library space has been designed to encourage children to collaborate, research, learn, share, play, have fun, and relax.
In 2019 Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Kogarah opened its first newly built library space and due to its success, Rise & Shine Education™ will be introducing new Library spaces into all Centres.
An official opening of the Library will take place at Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Carlton on Monday 19 October at 11:00 am. Following this, the children at the Centre will have the opportunity to explore the new facility and take part in a wide range of book-themed activities and workshops that have been arranged by the Educators.
